2022 has been quite a year for us all, but we are grateful to have been rewarded for our hard work with another record year of turnover and more than 30,000 doors produced here in North Devon.

There has been a great deal of focus in society upon the health and wellbeing of everyone, so we have seen an increased demand from this sector, manufacturing and supplying doorsets to 209 health and wellbeing projects across England.

The wellbeing of our staff is always a top priority too and as a result we have maintained our workforce numbers and invested in their skills and development. We have also developed a bonus system and a renumeration package that keeps ahead of cost-of-living increases.

By combining our skilled staff with the latest CNC machinery, our doors and doorsets are of a fantastic quality and set at a really competitive price. It’s one of the reasons why we continue to supply luxury developments and hotels in London. One project saw us produce and deliver over 3000 doorsets alone.

Production continued to grow and grow throughout the year, which as a result meant we increased our warehousing on site as well as resurfacing the perimeter and yard of our site.

As one of the UK’s premier door manufacturers, we focus on providing solutions where customers need certification, as well as offering support on nonstandard items. We are always looking at ways to improve our production process and so we added managers to our senior manufacturing team. We have also invested in a new process for postform products that offers greater output and consistency of quality. And to further improve the look of our products we have invested in a scouring line the raises the grain on timber products

With the environment also high on the agenda this year, we have increased our supply of Passivhaus door for residential properties and provided lots of inspirational doorsets for education buildings.
