This continued growth has meant the need to increase our Senior Management Team with the recruitment of new talent and the internal promotion of one of our own experienced personnel. Therefore, we are delighted to have welcomed two new members, Neil, and Nigel, to the management team.

Neil, a highly experienced senior management professional, has joined our manufacturing team here in North Devon. Neil’s wealth of knowledge in manufacturing will help the company to streamline operations and enhance productivity in line with our growth aspirations.

Nigel, one of our highly experienced managers, has been promoted to a manufacturing management role. Working in doorset manufacturing for all his working life, his promotion is a testament to his hard work and commitment. He will now be responsible for managing the manufacturing process and ensuring products are produced to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

They will join Dave Holland, who has been overseeing the manufacturing operation at our Barnstaple site to form a strong Senior Operations Executive Management Team.
