Working with specialist joinery and fit-out contractor Houston Cox Eastern, the team developed with us a doorset solution to minimise on site assembly whilst giving maximum flexibility at installation where additional installation tolerances could have been required.
Sampling and doorsets for Marketing suites were manufactured and provided. Sample boards were made to display veneers to client purchasing apartments.
Principal Doorsets won the order for block A and build product ahead of programme for call off allowing greater flexibility in the installation and build programme. Along with the interior apartment doorsets, flat entrance doorsets to security standard PAS24 where provided, with doorsets rated upto fire FD60s, with drop seals, concealed closer, variations in ironmongery materials (stainless steel and antique bronze), door viewer and letter plate. These had been specifically configured and tested for PAS24 compliance at a third party registered UKAS laboratory.
