Principal Doorsets are delighted to have commenced apprenticeship programmes and retaining the considerable skills base in North Devon. Our new apprentices have been busy understanding the business operations. Throughout their three year scheme, apprentices will, in the first two years spend time in all areas of the business gaining competency and core understanding of all processes and machinery. The third year will focus specifically on an area selected by the apprentice and management obtaining up to NVQ3/4 qualification.
