Soho Place (Sites A & B) is a £300 million mixed-use regeneration scheme completed in 2022, situated above the Tottenham Court Road Elizabeth line station at the eastern end of Oxford Street. Replacing the former London Astoria, the development introduced two new buildings arranged around a public plaza. Site A (1 Soho Place) is a 10-storey building providing 191,000 sq ft of Grade A office space and 33,000 sq ft of retail, distinguished by its curved design at the corner of Oxford Street and Charing Cross Road. Site B (2 & 4 Soho Place) is an 8-storey building that includes the first new-build West End theatre in 50 years, operated by Nica Burns of Nimax Theatres.
