The Royal Devon & Exeter (RD&E) Hospital has completed a £5.7 million, 40-week upgrade of its D2/E2 Cardiology Unit, reopening it as a state-of-the-art facility designed to enhance patient care and clinical efficiency. A key element of the redevelopment is the creation of a dedicated Cardiac Day Case Unit (CDCU), enabling patients to undergo procedures such as angiography and angioplasty without requiring an overnight stay. The project included significant infrastructure improvements, featuring advanced medical systems, enhanced ventilation to maintain sterile conditions, and redesigned clinical workflows to improve efficiency.

Formica Laminate faced doors with 1100mm PVC trolley plate face protection and PVC edge protectors to both verts.

Frames / Architraves:

Polished American white Oak frames & architrave.
