The site of the former London Dock in Wapping has been transformed into a high-end, mixed-use residential development. The project, known simply as “London Dock,” is a vibrant new neighbourhood incorporating luxury homes, commercial spaces, and public areas, all while preserving key historical elements of the area.

The primary use of the site is residential, featuring 1,800 luxury homes built by developer St George. The residences consist of Manhattan studios, along with one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Residents of these properties have exclusive access to a range of premium, “hotel-style” amenities.
